Send in your photograph of your eyes, or your horses eyes, for written health evaluations. Please email email your photographs to us and be sure the photographs are clear and can be used.
After confirmation that the eye photographs can be used return to 'eye evaluations' on our products page to pay for the service. You have the choice of receiving your report by either email, phone, or snail mail.
