I would like to share a letter that I got from Jon Miles. This the only professional iris camera that we use. We trust this camera when used for humans, dogs, cats, or horses. This is the camera using the Hood-Mount Coaxial Biometric Illuminator. The illuminator has an unconditional lifetime warranty (it is designed to last a lifetime) and the camera and lens have the Nikon 5-year warranty against defects (but they are never defective). The illuminators have also never failed. The camera includes unlimited technical support as well. The only AC component is the camera battery charger and it will take any voltage (has a dual prong connector).

The camera comes with Nikon ViewNX which is a program to help transfer and organize images. I usually do not bother with it but it is there in case you find it helpful. I will send info on “how to Organize Iris Images” using Windows; the procedures for Mac/Apple are similar. The Nikon software works with Windows or Mac.

This is my horse Tommy and his Therapist Jade. Tommy came to us in pain and with many problems. He was unable to be under saddle and due to his pain level, could not be ridden or exercised.
